In Russia they have as much experience with ufo's as we here in the west of the euraziatic continent. The difference is that the government and the people have a different attitude towards this subject. Due to the fall of the Soviet Union, it is much easier to get to classified information containing the subject. It is also due to their information that we can piece together what our governments try to keep from us. By now everybody should know about the tactics of ridicule and disinformation with which they approach the subject of ufo's and alien lifeforms. Therefore, the Russian approach of this subject, is very refreshing.
